Tuition 2012-2013

Pre-K

Registration Fee $150(effective 02/11/2010)per family due March 1, 2012 or at time of registration
Instructional/Supply Fee $200 per child due June 1, 2011 or at time of registration (this covers classroom materials, snacks, drinks, paper and plastic products)
Tuition $4200 per year per child (can be paid in full, two semester payments or monthly via FACTS- please note there is a $41 fee for FACTS enrollment)

Program will run Monday through Friday from 8:10am to 2:45pm. Pre-K program will use same calendar as St. Ann School. Priority will be given to siblings of St. Ann students until March 1. After this date, spaces will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.

K-8th Grade

Registration Fee $150 per new family--$75 per returning family if paid by March 1 (After March 1 returning families must pay the new family fee).
Instructional Fee $225 per child due May 1, 2012 or at time of registration (This fee may not be included in monthly payments)
Technology Fee $100 per child due on business day in August 2012

Families with four or more children will discuss tuition with the principal.

Please Note: Any family unable to meet these payments and who ardently desire a Catholic Education for their children are to please fill out the Grant and Aid Application at www.factstuitionaid.com. Neither the Pastor, or the Principal, or School Advisory Board want to turn anyone away who wishes their children to attend Saint Ann Catholic School.

Priority for Financial Aid is given to active members of St. Ann Parish. Those new to the area may apply at time of registration. There is a $25 application fee.

Those receiving the St. Ann or other Catholic parish rate must be actively involved in their respective parish through financial or volunteer support. A signed verification form is required from the church office and must be submitted by April 1. A parish participation form can be acquired here.

Eligibility for the "participating" St. Ann Parishoner rate is determined by the pastor/pastoral administrator. In determining eligibility, the student and/or family must:
1. Be baptized as a Catholic.
2. Be registered in the parish.
3. Attend Mass regularly and contribute to the support of the church through envelopes.

Early Withdrawal Fee
Early withdrawal fee (prior to end of school year) is one month's tuition. This fee will be waived if withdrawal is due to employment transfer. REGISTRATION, TUITION, AND INSTRUCTIONAL FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Payment Plans:

Annual
Full payment made to St Ann School on or before June 1, 2012

Semester
Two equal payments made to St Ann School on or before June 1, 2012 and December 1, 2012

Monthly
Twelve payments paid June through May through FACTS Tuition Management Company. A voided check must accompany the application for monthly tuition. Monthly amounts will be adjusted for those who register later than June. For example, registration in July means that tuition will be paid over eleven months (beginning in July), August payment will be based on ten months, etc. Registration after school starts will be prorated. There is a $41 enrollment fee for FACTS.
